Common questions
Is there a setup fee or free trial?
Automated setup is included with Solo, Team, and Business at no extra setup fee. These plans are billed monthly in advance and do not include a trial. Taxes are added where required.
What happens if I use more storage?
Each plan includes fair-use storage for ordinary use: 10 GB for Solo, 100 GB for Team, and 1 TB for Business. Unusually heavy use may be throttled or paused, or we may offer a paid overage. We’ll email you before any paid overage.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my files?
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your subscription and access continue through the period you’ve paid for. After cancellation or non-payment ends service, we may retain your files for up to 30 days for recovery, then delete them. Export anything you need before access ends; the recovery period is not continued account access.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t refund a charge or prorate unused time when you cancel. If we withdraw Hosted entirely, we refund prepaid unused time. See the Terms for details.
What support is included?
Hosted is best effort. It has no uptime guarantee, service credits, or on-call support. For hands-on setup or migration, see the separately scoped paid service above.
What does “Dedicated stack” mean? How is Dedicated different?
Each Hosted plan gets its own stack, which Estes Advisory operates on infrastructure it controls. You don’t receive an AWS account, and Hosted is not private from Estes Advisory. Dedicated is a separate, sales-led option with a separate AWS account and optional account transfer.
How do seats work?
Solo includes 1 person, Team includes 10, and Business includes 100. A person can connect multiple AI apps using one seat; each additional person needs their own seat. Owners and admins manage team members from the account page.
Where can I manage billing?
Vault owners and admins can view the plan, price, payment status, and renewal date, update payment details, and cancel renewal from the Artifactum account page. If a payment fails, check the status there and update the payment method. Access may be suspended for non-payment under the Terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
